Deepak Bansody
Managing Director


Deepak Bansody is an accomplished leader having led operations in several organizations, creating high performance teams and successful businesses across India. In a career spanning over 17 years, He has worked with the service Industry for 14 years; in different organizations in the BPO industry.

He has worked in senior positions across multinational companies including Mphasis, First source, Tech Mahindra, Spanco & Digicall. In his last assignment with Digicall Deepak was heading South Operations, Training and Quality, HR, Admin, Finance & Infra, transition, BD & expansion. Deepak is also a certified Green Belt in Six Sigma Quality during his stint in First source.

Deepak has over 17 years of experience in the ITES industry. Prior to joining Digicall, he was working with Spanco BPO as GM & Site head at the Dehradun / Gurgaon centers of the company. He is COPC trained and Six Sigma Green Belt certified/ Black belt Trained. Deepak has worked for few of the Top BPO players in India, Swan Marketing, Telstra Australia, Mphasis (EDS), First Source Solutions LTD, Tech Mahindra, and Spanco, DigiCall BPO before joining FirstCall. He has multi-industry experience had an opportunity to serve varied portfolios in diverse industry segments and have achieved competence in the setting up of servicing contact centers including Recruitment, Training, Transition, Quality, Operations, training, Admin,Finance and Vendor Management.

A highly creative and a goal-oriented professional with 17 years of experience in solid Business development, telecommunications, advertising, marketing, Sales, Banking & customer service. Demonstrated experience in brand management, production, traffic, and budgeting. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A strong work ethic combined with a commitment to excellence in all projects undertaken. A team player, working effectively with sales, editorial, and senior management in accomplishing objectives.
